Refund policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the hygienic liner, and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the original delivery date to qualify for a refund.

We do not accept returns for the following categories or subcategories (found within the breadcrumb) – these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Accessories (including bags, hats, headbands, sunglasses, socks, leg warmers, belts, scarves, and similar items)
  • Beauty
  • Bodysuits
  • Gift Cards
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Shoes
  • Swimwear
  • Merchandise marked as 'Final Sale' and/or 'Clearance'

To start a return use our self-serve system here. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label and RMA number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy mentioned above.

If an item is ineligible for a return based on our standards above a refund will not be granted.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the original shipping costs and a standard return fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund total unless the item arrives damaged. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. 

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Due to changes in USPS policies, if an item arrives damaged, the buyer will need to notify us within three (3) days of receipt. The buyer will have to work with our company and USPS to reconcile the damage claim made to USPS which may include:

1. Saving the damaged item
2. Taking the damaged item to USPS
3. Waiting for USPS claim to be approved

Once these items have been approved with USPS, our company will refund you for your damaged item. The damaged items will still have to be sent to USPS.
